The Final Step in Your Immigration Journey

Becoming a lawful permanent resident or U.S. citizen is the culmination of years of effort — and the final step deserves the same care as the first. At Status Granted, we prepare clients for green card renewals, removal of conditions on residence, naturalization interviews, and derivative citizenship claims with the precision that prevents costly delays or denials.

Whether you're filing your first N-400 application, dealing with a complicated criminal history that could affect good moral character, or claiming citizenship through a U.S. citizen parent, we know the law and the process inside and out. We've helped thousands of clients take the oath of allegiance, and we'd be honored to help you do the same.

Naturalization (N-400) & Interview Prep

Eligible permanent residents can apply for U.S. citizenship after five years of residence (three years if married to a U.S. citizen). We review your eligibility carefully, checking continuous residence, physical presence, good moral character, and any criminal or tax history that could trigger denial, and we file the N-400 with the supporting evidence USCIS expects.

Interview prep is where we make the real difference. We hold mock interviews, practice the civics and English tests, and review your application line-by-line so there are no surprises. For clients who qualify under the §319(b) expedited military process or who need an N-648 medical waiver of the English/civics requirement, we handle those filings as well.

Green Cards, Renewals & Removal of Conditions

For two-year conditional residents, typically those who got their green card through a marriage of less than two years, Form I-751 must be filed within 90 days before the conditional card expires. We compile bona fide marriage evidence and, when needed, file waivers for clients who are divorced, widowed, or who experienced abuse during the marriage.

We also handle green card renewals (I-90), replacement of lost or stolen cards, re-entry permits for clients planning extended travel abroad, and applications for derivative citizenship by children acquiring status through naturalized parents (Form N-600). Every status milestone matters, and we're here for all of them.
